Placing an Order

Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email. We’ll also let you know when your item ships.
All orders are subject to availability. If something sells out fast (which sometimes happens), we’ll refund you ASAP.

Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP.
We accept major payment methods through secure providers, your card details are never stored by us directly.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship your order quickly (usually within 2-7 working days).
Once your order is dispatched, it’s in the hands of our delivery partners. Delivery times may vary, especially during busy seasons.
You’ll get a tracking link when your order is on its way.

Returns

Changed your mind? No stress. We offer returns on eligible items, just make sure they’re unworn, with tags, and sent back within 14 days.
