Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will be notified when your order has shipped. 

We aim to deliver all orders in line with the estimated delivery times. Please ensure your selected delivery address is correct as we are unable to amend this once your order has been placed.

Please note that orders with multiple items may be shipped separately, and in such cases, you will receive a tracking number for each individual item.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

International shipments are subject to custom / import taxes which must be paid by the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, an email will be sent with a tracking number to track the  progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@your-localgirl.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
