All orders are processed within 3 to 9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will be notified when your order has shipped.
Please note that when an item has been shipped and handed over to the courier, the delivery time frame is beyond our control but we aim to deliver all orders in line with the estimated delivery times. Please ensure your selected delivery address is correct as we are unable to amend this once your order has been shipped.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages for logistical reasons. Rest assured, you will receive a tracking number for each individual parcel.

International shipments are subject to custom / import taxes which must be paid by the customer.
Your Local Girl holds no liability for lost packages during transit. Please contact your shipping courier for updates on the status of your delivery and any related issues.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, an email will be sent with a tracking number to track the progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@your-localgirl.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
